Elyte is an AI-powered workout planning app. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Elyte offers a free tier with limited features and premium subscriptions for full access. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

3. AI-Generated Content

Elyte uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans and provide fitness recommendations. This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your physical health and safety during workouts.
• You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Alpha Born and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Born shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained during workouts performed using App-generated plans.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that workout plans will produce specific results. Individual results vary based on factors including effort, consistency, nutrition, genetics, and overall health.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
